In PCB board design, circuit design is the most basic for engineers. However, many engineers often be cautious when designing with complex and difficult PCB boards, but ignore some places to pay attention to when the basic PCB board design, which leads to errors. It can cause a perfect circuit diagram to have problems when converted into a PCB board or break completely. Therefore, in order to help engineers reduce design changes in PCB board design and improve work efficiency, several aspects should be paid attention to during the PCB board design process.
1. Make physical border
The closed physical boundary is important for future component layout and wiring, and it must be accurate, otherwise installation problems will occur in the future. For high-power circuits, these thermal elements should be placed as much as possible to facilitate heat distribution. Do not concentrate in one place.
3. Reasonable Writing
The following working principles should be followed:
(1) The high frequency digital circuit has a thinner and shorter line.
(2) Pay attention to isolation between large current signals, high voltage signals and small signals.
(3) During the double panel wiring, the wires on both sides should be vertical, oblique, or bend the wiring to avoid parallel to each other to reduce parasitic coupling.
(4) The turning angle is greater than 9.0 degrees to prevent corners below 9.0 degrees.
(5) The same applies to the address line or data cable. The length of the wiring length should not be too large.
(6) Try to walk on the welding surface as much as possible; try to use holes and jump as much as possible.
(7) The components and wiring should not be placed too much.
(8) The convenience of production, commissioning and maintenance must be considered.
4 Adjust and improve
After completing the wiring, what to do is to make some adjustments and copper in text, individual components, and wiring. If copper is used to replace the ground line, you must pay attention to whether the entire ground is connected, and the current size, flow and whether there are special requirements to ensure unnecessary errors.
5. Check the check network
Sometimes the network relationship and schematic diagram of the plates that are painted are different due to negligence. At this time, it is necessary to check and verify.
6. Use simulation function
Doing this can be done in advance, which greatly reduces future debugging workload.
